It only takes a minute, or less, to nuke an egg in this dish and plop it on top of a bagel or English muffin. Or, take a little more time and add chopped tomato, onion, mushroom, feta, etc. Plenty of room for two eggs and fixings. It cooks so fast you only need one to cook eggs for the whole family.
Great for baking, too — like maybe a big, donut-shaped chocolate chip cookie! Obviously, you need more than one to make baking practical.
