A free-form, stoneware soap dish that was thrown on a wheel then altered by throwing it on a stone slab then shaped and dried in a cotton sling.
It was fired to vitrification for strength and durability. A long heat soak at 2300 degrees allowed the glaze to develop depth and variation.
The spiral design raises the soap out of the water in the dish. It has a drain hole.
About 6 1/2 inches long and 4 3/4 wide.
I ship within 24 hours of receiving an order (including Saturdays). Priority Mail takes 1-4 days. Parcel Select takes 2-9 days.
If you order more than one item the estimated shipping may be more than actual shipping. I refund overpayment of shipping if more than $1.
